Terms of Service

1. Services

EzyTranslate provides NAATI-certified document translation services for use in Australia. Our translations are performed by accredited NAATI translators and are accepted by Australian government agencies, educational institutions, and employers.

2. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you agree to pay the listed price for your selected translation services. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Payment is processed securely through Stripe.

3. Delivery

Translations are typically delivered within 24-48 hours of receiving all required documents. If you have deferred document uploads, the delivery timeline begins once all documents are received.

4. Document Upload

You are responsible for uploading clear, legible copies of your documents. Accepted formats are JPEG, PNG, and PDF (max 10MB per file). If documents are unclear, we may request re-uploads, which could delay delivery.

5. Deferred Uploads

If you don't have a document at the time of ordering, you may defer the upload. A secure upload link will be sent to your email, valid for 30 days. Orders with deferred documents will not be processed until all documents are received.

6. Accuracy

Our NAATI-certified translations are guaranteed to be accurate and accepted by Australian authorities. If you find any errors in a translation, contact us within 14 days for a free correction.

7. Refunds

Refunds are available if you cancel before translation work has begun. Once a translator has started working on your documents, refunds may not be possible. Contact us to discuss your specific situation.

8. 100% Acceptance Guarantee

All our NAATI-certified translations are accepted by Australian government agencies, universities, employers, and licensing bodies that recognise NAATI accreditation. If your translation is rejected by an Australian authority for reasons attributable to our work — translation accuracy, NAATI stamp validity, or formatting — we will re-issue the translation at no cost, or provide a full refund.

This guarantee applies to:

  • Translations used within 6 months of delivery
  • The specific use case (visa subclass, licence exchange, university application, employment, etc.) declared at order time
  • Reasons attributable to our translation work — not user-submitted document errors, expired source documents, or changes in authority requirements that occur after delivery

To claim under this guarantee, contact support@ezy-translate.com with the official rejection letter from the Australian authority within 30 days of receiving the rejection. We will review the case and either re-issue or refund within 7 business days.

9. Confidentiality

All documents and personal information are treated as strictly confidential. We do not share your documents or information with any third party other than the assigned NAATI translator.
