Lower visa-pack prices, 15 new countries, and smarter PDF uploads

Lower visa-pack prices, 15 new countries, and smarter PDF uploads

We've shipped three customer-facing changes at EzyTranslate over the last few weeks: lower prices on our most-used visa packs, broader country coverage (especially for Spanish-speaking applicants), and a more flexible document upload step. Here's what changed and how to make the most of it.

Lower visa-pack pricing

If you're applying for a Working Holiday, Student, Skilled Worker, or Partner Visa, our bundled translations now cost less. We've reduced every visa pack by AU$10 and increased the headline savings versus ordering documents one by one.

PackWasNowSavings vs single docs
Working Holiday (Driver's Licence + Police Check)AU$119AU$10921% (was 14%)
Student (Diploma + Academic Transcript)AU$119AU$10921% (was 14%)
Partner Visa (Birth Certificate + Police Check)AU$119AU$10921% (was 14%)
Skilled Worker (Diploma + Police Check + Medical)AU$169AU$15923% (was 18%)

How EzyTranslate pricing works

If you're new here, our pricing is deliberately simple:

  • Single document: AU$69 flat (covers the first page)
  • Extra pages on multi-page PDFs: +AU$49 per page
  • Driver's Licence: AU$69 flat regardless of page count (no surcharge)
  • Visa packs: AU$109 (2 documents) or AU$159 (3 documents)

If you need more than one document, the pack is almost always the cheapest path.

15 new Spanish-speaking countries supported

We've nearly doubled our country coverage, from 16 to 31, with most of the new additions covering the Spanish-speaking world. If you were born in or hold documents from Latin America, the Caribbean, or Spain, EzyTranslate now has a dedicated translation path for you.

The 15 newly supported countries, grouped by region:

  • Central America: Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Panama
  • Caribbean: Cuba, Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico
  • South America: Venezuela, Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, Paraguay, Uruguay

These join the existing Spanish-speaking pages for Spain, Mexico, Colombia, Chile, and Argentina, bringing our Spanish coverage to 20 countries in total.

Smarter, more flexible document uploads

The upload step is where the quietest improvements landed. Three changes, all aimed at the messy reality of how people actually have their documents:

1. Pick only the pages you need from a multi-page PDF. If your passport scan is a 5-page PDF but you only need pages 1 and 2 translated, the upload step now shows you a thumbnail of each page so you can select what to include. The price updates live as you tick pages.

2. Up to 20 files in the "Other document" category. If your visa requires paperwork outside our standard list (supporting letters, foreign academic records, atypical certificates), you can now upload up to 20 separate files in one go. Each file is priced as its own document.

3. "Both sides on one PDF" for your Driver's Licence. If you've already scanned the front and back into a single file, just tick the box on the Driver's Licence upload and submit one file instead of two.

None of these are flashy on their own. Together, they remove three small frictions you would otherwise have hit at upload time.

What hasn't changed

The fundamentals are the same: every document is translated by a NAATI-certified translator, our typical turnaround stays around 22 hours, and we're a fully Australian-based service. The lower prices and broader coverage are layered on top of the same quality bar.
